β Price of your commission may vary depending on the complexity
β Commercial fees will only apply if my work is going to be used in:
β Merchandise
β Paid advertisement
β Any reproduction and/or redistribution
β Commercial fees are total price times two (i.e. total commission price is $40, for commercial use would be $40x2 = $80)REFUND POLICY
Process will be shared via direct messages in client's preffered method or discord if there's no other requested method.
β YCH commissions are NON-REFUNDABLE
β If I have started the sketch phase, refunds will be 70% of the total price, excluding any transaction fee or any other fee
β Any commission that is past sketch phase won't be refundable
β Sketch commissions are NON-REFUNDABLE for the nature of the commissionCOPYRIGHT
β The client cannot claim my work as their own
β It is not a must, but I would appreciate if you credit me as @QuetzalKin in your bio, twitch panel, tweets, about page, etc when posting my commission
β If the client doesn't want me to share the finished commission, they must let me know beforehand
β The client is NOT ALLOWED TO mint/sell the commission work for NFT. Legal action will be takenIf TOS has been breached, we will have a chance to negotiate. Failure to do so will result in a voided commission, revoked license, blacklisted, and no refunds.
