● I have the right to log any and all conversations about the commission
● I have the right to refuse the commission request
● I have the right to stream the process of the commission unless client states otherwise
● Updates on each progress will be given (Feel free to ask for updates)WON'T DO
● NFTs
● Political art
● Any harmful or hate-related topic
● Complex mechas and baras (can be discussed)WILL DO
● NSFW
● Gore
● Furry
● Specific kinksPAYMENT AND COMMERCIAL FEES
● Price of your commission may vary depending on the complexity
● Commercial fees will only apply if my work is going to be used in:
● Merchandise
● Paid advertisement
● Any reproduction and/or redistribution
● Commercial fees are total price times two (i.e. total commission price is $40, for commercial use would be $40x2 = $80)REFUND POLICY
Process will be shared via direct messages in client's preffered method or discord if there's no other requested method.
● YCH commissions are NON-REFUNDABLE
● If I have started the sketch phase, refunds will be 70% of the total price, excluding any transaction fee or any other fee
● Any commission that is past sketch phase won't be refundable
● Sketch commissions are NON-REFUNDABLE for the nature of the commissionCOPYRIGHT
● The client cannot claim my work as their own
● It is not a must, but I would appreciate if you credit me as @QuetzalKin in your bio, twitch panel, tweets, about page, etc when posting my commission
● If the client doesn't want me to share the finished commission, they must let me know beforehand
● The client is NOT ALLOWED TO mint/sell the commission work for NFT. Legal action will be takenIf TOS has been breached, we will have a chance to negotiate. Failure to do so will result in a voided commission, revoked license, blacklisted, and no refunds.
